MCT Real Estate School

The first International Real Estate School authorized by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR) to teach the required Real Estate Course in order to obtain a Florida Real Estate License. 

MCT Real Estate School presently teaches necessary courses to obtain and maintain (Continuing Education) the real estate License in Florida.

MCT is also offering on line courses to obtain the Real Estate Licenses in 42 states in the US as well as courses to obtain Appraisal License and Home Inspection.

We are authorized by the State of Florida's Office of Financial Regulation, previously known as Department of Banking and Finance to teach the required course in order to become a Mortgage Broker.
